As of 2010, ownership of the firm transitioned to Mario Zacharjasz, who was mentored by Mr... Yabor, and has been his long time friend and colleague.

The acquisition of 503 Corporation was fueled by Zacharjasz's passion for making a difference through minority business development in the supply industry.
